Waxman of California’s 33rd District and the chair of the Safe Climate Caucus spoke on the House floor yesterday in support of proposed EPA regulations to limit carbon pollution from new power plants, citing a recent EPA report of a 10% reduction in carbon emissions from power plants between 2010 and 2012.
