Henry Waxman held a Telephone Town Hall with seniors in the 30th Congressional District to discuss the benefits of the Affordable Care Act.  The Supreme Court recently upheld the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, which is the law that will give every American quality, affordable health care coverage.
