Today Representative Waxman sent a letter to Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood asking that the Department of Transportation investigate delays in construction of the Interstate 405 Sepulveda Pass Improvements Project. Recent reports indicate that the project, which was due to be finished in spring 2013, may not be completed in full until fall 2014.
